TRANSFER OF THE TRIP:
The consumer of the combined trip may assign his reservation to a third person, communicating it in writing fifteen days before the start date of the trip and paying the respective amount for management expenses. Such an assignment would not be possible when there is sufficient cause. TRANSFER FEE: €50
The transferee will have to meet the same requirements as the transferor, required in general for the combined trip, and both will be jointly and severally liable to the Travel Agency for the payment of the price of the trip and the justified additional expenses of the transfer.
IN THE CASE IF THE CANCELLATION INSURANCE HAS BEEN CONTRACTED:
If you have purchased cancellation insurance and the trip is cancelled after the date when no refund is available according to our cancellation policy, the request must be processed through the insurance company.
In such cases, the insurer will evaluate the request and determine whether the cancellation costs are refundable, in accordance with the policy terms and the covered reasons.
The insurance may cover cancellation costs charged by the travel provider, up to a maximum limit of €1,500, provided that:

Happy Erasmus will act as an intermediary between the client and the insurance company and may assist during the claim process. However, the final decision regarding approval or rejection of the refund lies exclusively with the insurance company, in accordance with the policy conditions.

Health-related reasons
Serious illness, serious accident, or death of:
Death of a third-degree relative
Unexpected call for surgery
Serious pregnancy complications or miscarriage
Call for an organ transplant
Unexpected illness of a child or sibling under two years old insured under this policy
Legal reasons
Court summons as a party, witness, or juror
Appointment as a member of an electoral board
Detention by the police (provided it is not due to a crime)
Summons for divorce-related proceedings
Adoption placement of a child during the trip dates
Visa denial without justified cause
Summons by an official body to sign documents
Work-related reasons
Non-disciplinary job dismissal
Starting a new job in a different company where you have not worked in the last six months
Official exams scheduled on the trip dates
Extension of an employment contract
Mandatory job relocation to another province requiring a change of residence
Extraordinary causes
Serious damage to home or business premises (fire, theft, explosion, flood, or natural events)
Inability to start the trip due to acts of air, land, or sea piracy
Official declaration of a disaster area at the departure location
Terrorist act or natural disaster at the destination within 30 days prior to the trip and within 30 km of the destination
Bankruptcy declaration of the insured’s company
Other reasons
Additional tax assessment exceeding €600 issued by the tax authority
Cancellation due to winning a similar trip in a notarized public draw
Theft of documents or luggage immediately before the trip preventing departure
Serious breakdown or accident of your or your spouse’s vehicle with repair costs exceeding €600
Award of an official scholarship coinciding with the trip dates
