TRIP CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
At any time the customer may cancel the requested or contracted services, being entitled to the refund of the amounts that he would have paid. However, the customer will have to compensate the organizing copmàny in indicated amounts:
Administration fees : 59 euros
Besides :
a) A penalty consisting in a 50% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs more than one month and less than fifteen days before the date of the trip's commencement.
b) A penalty consisting in a 75% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs between the forteen day and tenth before the date of the trip's commencement.
c) A penalty consisting in a 100% of the total amount of the trip, if the cancellation occurs within the last ten days before the date of the trip's commencement.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:
The cancellation in any case MUST BE NOTIFIED BY:
- email to info@happyerasmus.com and be answered by Happy Erasmus staff.
- in person at the Happy Erasmus Office where you will receive a document certifying that they received your request.
* No other means of notification is considered official for which the request will not be processed.
*In case if you have purchaised insurance and have your policy you have tu put in contact with the insurance company in order to refund. Happy Erasmus Staff will help you to do it.
* In case if no insurance was purchased the the penalty rools will be applied if it corresponds.
* In both cases the Management fees of 59 euros will be apllied.

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF THE TRAVEL HOLDER:
Administrative fees: 39 euros
The change of the travel holder must be notified by:
- 2 emails to info@happyerasmus.com BY BOTH INTERESTED PARTS and be answered by the Happy Erasmus staff.
- in person at the Happy Erasmus Office where the change be made instantly if nothing prevents it. The presence of both interested parts is required.
* No other means of notification is considered official for which the request will not be processed.
IN CASE OF A NOMINAL PASSAGE OF THE BOAT OR AIRCRAFT IN THE TRIP AND THE CHANGE OF THE HOLDER REQUIRES THE ISSUANCE OF THE NEW PASSAGE OR NEW INSURANCE POLICY THE MANAGEMENT PRICE COULD INCREASE CONSIDERING THESE ADDITIONAL COSTS.

- All activities are subject to a minimum number of participants. Happy Erasmus reserves the right to cancel this activity if the minimum number is not reached.
- The program may be subject to changes in order to improve the development of activities.
- Last minute changes such as modification of place, time, etc. will be notified through email, being each one responsible to provide a valid email and consult it even within 2 hours before the trip.
