  • Las Fallas (March) – Valencia’s most famous festival! Huge papier-mâché monuments, fireworks, street parties, and cultural events for nearly 3 weeks, ending with the spectacular burning of the sculptures (“La Cremà”).
  • La Tomatina (last Wednesday of August) – World-famous tomato fight in Buñol (about 40 min from Valencia). Messy, fun, and unforgettable.
  • Semana Santa Marinera (Easter Week) – Processions in the seaside district of Cabanyal with beautifully decorated floats and traditional costumes.
