What is the Training Family and its “Cause”?
Our Training Family concept consists of inclusion, fun, motivation and the desire to improve your body fitness! All in context with finding new buddies that share the same enthusiasm!
Effectively, our main goal is to provide methods to integrate physical activity into your daily routine. Our training improves your body mass composition and tightens new human bonds. All this will take place in the evocative natural atmosphere of Turía Park offered by Valencia surrounded by an international context.
The training program is best suited for everybody, since each exercise is provided by a simplified version adapted to any physical condition. A unique training experience that is perfectly adapted to your individual physical fitness.
Training with us will bring you new sensations and you will find out new movements which will help you to spend a healthier and more comfortable life. In detail, it will provide you more strength, muscular flexibility and joint mobility. All this will lead to an improvement of your life quality.
Each training is composed by:
- 8-10 minutes Warm-up
- 30-35 minutes of Work-out
- 10-15 minutes of Stretching and Mobility
