        Where to Find Housing

Avoid Rental Scams:
  • The only contact with the owner is facebook or WhatsApp (and non spanish number)
  • The company web doesnt look real (some links not working, strange url, phone contact doesnt work..)
  • The owner is not spanish, he moved to uk for work, etc
  • The bank account  for payment is not spanish (IBAN doesnt start with ES)
  • The apartment can not be visited (by a friend, even "imaginary" one, or some company you pay to visit it and make you a video call from it)
  • The owner dont want to make a videocall from the appartment.
  • The price is too cheap for such a nice appartment
