Possibly it is due to its more than 6,800 stone steps, which is known by the nickname of "The Cathedral of Hiking".
The road has no difficulty whatsoever, and it is worthwhile to take it easy and enjoy this fantastic place. It is not difficult to imagine the ancient Moorish settlers who live and cultivate these lands until their definitive expulsion in 1609.
