Happy Yoga is here! Be a part of this amazing event now!
Our yoga classes are specially designed for those who always wanted to try yoga but never knew where to start BUT also for the more advanced "yogis". This is the place where you can try yoga without feeling pressured or judged. We will start slowly and progress naturally as students gradually gain strength and flexibility. Anyone can do it!
The benefits of doing yoga:
- Improves flexibility
- Improves strength
- Relaxes your mind, reduces stress.
- Improves sleep
- Helps concentration
- Improves fitness
- Increased energy level
What do you have to know before you start practicing?
1. YOU ARE UNIQUE
Your body is unique. None of us are created exactly alike. Men and women have different bone structures. Not everyone has the same natural flexibilty. This does not mean that you should limit your yoga practice. Instead, adapt your practice to your physical and mental state each day to reap the benefits.
2. ADJUSTING YOUR MIND
One of the best ways to prepare for a satisfying yoga practice is to change your mindset. Remember that yoga is not a task or a goal. It's about being in the moment.
Let go of all expectations about the result. Instead, approach it with an open mind and full acceptance of the now.
3. PRACTICE
It is important to find at least 30-45 minutes to practice everyday. Try to join us when there are yoga classes offered because although yoga can be practiced alone, there is an increased energy when all yogis are practicising as group, which creates, not only the feeling of happiness through your body, but also the motivation to go on and on.
4. MATERIAL NEEDED TO PRACTICE
While nothing is required to practice yoga except your mind and body and being able to breathe, there are some tools that can ease your practice. The most important thing is the yoga mat, as it prevents you from slipping and creates a solid base for your poses. When you practice in large groups, it also becomes your sacred space.
