While yoga can absolutely be practiced alone, there’s something special about sharing the energy of a group—moving, breathing, and being present together. 4. MATERIAL NEEDED TO PRACTICE
For the class, please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You may also want to bring a water bottle and something warm to cover yourself during meditation.
