HAPPY ERASMUS VALENCIA is hosting organization for the following projects:

All our hosting organizations adopt the ECVET system (European Credit system for Vocational Education and Training)
The services it offers are the following: Transport, Accommodation and Food, Monitoring, Workplacement, Language Courses and Training Courses.
Our hosting organizations, called Yourope Point are in: Valencia, Malgrat de Mar (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal) and Valletta (Malta).
Each Europe Point is an established company that has been operating in its territory for years.

Accomodation and board

All Yourope Network offices have the authorizations and skills to be able to offer transport, board and lodging services. Before the departure of the group all services are described in detail.

Monitoring

Whether it is work placements, training courses, language courses, Yourope points organize regular meetings and individual discussions with participants in order to monitor the progress of the program and resolve any problems that may arise.

The first is an introductory meeting and normally takes place on the first available day before work placement.
In the following days and for the first few days, we organize more frequent periodic meetings. Over time, meetings are less frequent. The day before departure we organize the final meeting during which we take stock of the situation, talk about the experience, certificates of participation and all documents useful to participants for the recognition of the activities carried out are issued.
Individual meetings with the participants for the resolution of any problems are organized according to the needs of the participants;
The achievement of the project objectives, the professional and cultural experiences of the participants are discussed and evaluated during all the meetings.
These procedures are a great added value for a correct monitoring of the results and of the development of the Program.

Workplacements

Before the start of the practical internship, Yourope Point organizes a meeting between the Hosting Company tutor and the beneficiary in order to:

Yourope Point looks for every job placement according to the specifics of each candidate and his / her cultural and professional profile. If necessary, Yourope Point will modify the internships to better adapt them to the needs and wishes of each participant.
VET PROFESSIONS LIST

Language courses

All Yourope points are able to administer English, Spanish, French, German and Italian language courses. On request we can organize courses for all languages.
Candidates are completely immersed in the language and culture of the host country and thus have a way of getting to know its essence.
All language courses are conducted with mother tongue teachers and all follow very effective standards.
Before starting the language course, the client's needs and level of preparation are checked and a study program is prepared that is suitable for achieving his objectives.
